Check out new craft shops.

Every now and again we happen upon a craft shop and want to share our experiences with our friends. Come back soon and read about what's in store.

We need you! Write and tell us about your favourite craft shops. Email Margaret or the Webmaster.

CrafTAY Stamper, 183 Strathmartine Road, Dundee

What an amzing little shop! It sits right on the corner of a busy junction. It's very easy to find. It's like an Aladdin's cave. It may be small but it has plenty to offer the crafter. All the latest ideas from USA. Lots of wonderful stamps from all your favourite companies. There are stickers, brass stencils, latest papers and card. Great new aperture cutters, groovy papers called Crackback paper and the most fantastic range of rub on transfers I've ever seen. Plenty of goodies for the serious scrapbooker too. Sign up for the craft classes run in the wee room next door. There will be 'open door' demos soon as well as specialist classes. Why not pop in and ask what is coming up?

I'm promoting this wee store as I will soon be making the long drive up there to do a spot of demoing myself! My pal Sue from Stamporium suggested that I might be suitable as a demonstrator! Nice to know you are appreciated eh? Hope to see you all up there soon.

Ayr Craft, 61-63 Dalblair Road, Ayr.
This little gem of a shop carries quite a variety of crafting items including rubber stamps, peel-offs, Pergamanno and decoupage supplies, handmade papers and cards, craft books, embossing powders and craft tools. In fact just about everything to keep the crafter happy!

There are also classes and workshops on a variety of subjects. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Why not pay them a visit the next time you are in Ayr?
